| Along with the increasing progress of Urbanization, the public demands on interests become a part of the important issues during the current sustainable development in urban areas. The core of this article is to suggest a framework of whole participation procedure of citizens in urban managements, which take the participation of managements as its main point, and use the stakeholder analyzing methods and managing tools designing the specific participating path during the urban management strategic process, from the particular level of areas and dynamic urban managing procedure, positioning the related citizens and the influence in current urban management, forming the public participation system in urban management, so that it can provide a practicable platform. |
