| Inner-party democracy has become a political focus on the topic of academic discussion. This paper analyzes and expounds the importance of democracy within the party from the perspectives of the importance of inner-party democracy, the current inner-party democracy-building issues to be addressed, how to understand the inner-party democracy, how to understand the relationship between inner-party democracy and democratic centralism, to promote inner-party democracy needs to grasp the direction. It lays the foundation on the theoretical analysis of the successful implementation of inner-party democracy on the base of how to handle the complicated situations both internal and external under new circumstance for the Party. The author argues that only full understanding of the party's historical experience and lessons, and that the respect of the rights of party members to ensure the principle of democratic centralism, and that the insist on the struggle against forces of Western capitalism, can be successfully implemented to promote inner-party democracy. |
