| The theory of global governance has become more and more popular since its origin in Europe in 1990s. Yet, a complete system of global governance, towards which scholars hold different perspectives and attitudes, has not been set up independently. Global governance does have its value and inspiring significance as an ideal to hunt after, however, its theory is to some extent still unadaptable to today’s world, it has also become some states’ tool of exporting their thinking modes. |
