| Mao Zedong believed that during the reign of CPC, we should build the party into a strong core of leadership of the socialist cause; by using Marxism-Leninism we should educate the Party and advocate for the second combination of Marxism-Leninism with China's reality; we should effectively promote the inner-party democracy and further improve the principle of democratic centralism and collective leadership; we should train and bring up millions of successors to the cause of proletarian revolution; we should attach importance to institution building and further improve the party's democratic supervision mechanism; we should attach great importance to the ruling party's work style during the reign of CPC, and we must resolutely oppose to and prevent the bureaucracy and the privileges. Under the conditions of the proletariat and the ruling political party building, is a crucial issue in the practice of socialism. Mao Zedong’s exploration and practice in this respect has made possible the ruling party withstanding the severe test to become a strong core leadership of the socialist cause. Important ideas such as always maintaining the proletarian party its political nature are our party's ideological and theoretical wealth, worthy of our careful study and inheritance. |
