| Studies on the development of China, regardless of past, present or future, need to pay much attention to the big issue of socialism in the world. By using the experiences and lessons of socialist development through Marxism, we should persist in proceeding from national conditions, take the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and combine China's economic development with the democratic development. Some operating systems in other countries, or even some ideas can be used as reference but never as a simple copy. We adhere to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, because this road is in line with the fundamental interests of the masses and in line with the objective principles of socialism in China's development, and what’s more, the miracle of economic and social development during the 30 years provides a strong proof of its correct. While continuing to prevent and overcome the tendency of Marxist dogma, we should wary of neo-liberalism, democratic socialism and historical nihilism, always keeping a clear head and improving the political acumen and discernment. |
